Cancellations Cancellations made within 7 days of the date of invoice of the above mentioned event will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds. Cancellations received in writing no later than seven working days prior to the event will entitle delegates to receive a full credit to be used at Jamela Resources Consulting (Pty) Ltd (Valid for up to 12 calendar months from the date of issuance).

Jamela Resources Consulting (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postpone of an event due to circumstances beyond our control, delegate will be credited to a future alternative of similar event to the same Rand value. Course Agenda

Day 1: Introduction to ISO 31000 and risk management process

Day 2: Context establishment, risk assessment and risk treatment according to ISO 31000

Day 3: Risk acceptance, communication and consultation, recording and reporting, and monitoring and review according to ISO 31000

Day 4: Risk assessment techniques according to IEC/ISO 31010

Day 5: Certification Exam
